Mohannad is a corporate services lawyer and litigator with a results-driven approach. He has more than eight years of distinguished experience in law and holds a law degree with distinction from the University of Khartoum in Sudan. He specialises in commercial and legal services, and has represented individual and corporate clients before the Dubai Courts and the courts of the other Emirates in real estate, commercial and corporate matters. He is well versed in Dubai Court procedure and in the enforcement of judgments. Mohannad has strong communication skills that allow him to deal with clients effectively and to defend their interests before the courts, alongside a deep understanding of business and commercial law in the United Arab Emirates. He has advised local and international clients on establishing and operating businesses in the UAE, on the various commercial structures available in the free zones, and on corporate governance systems, compliance and the obligations arising from them.

Mohannad also has extensive knowledge of family commercial disputes, personal status law, and succession within family businesses. He has an excellent record of representing large commercial enterprises before the Dubai Courts and before organisations and government bodies.
