Hassan Al Ali Advocates & Legal Consultancy is a licensed law firm in the Emirate of Dubai. We provide professional, high-quality legal services to local and international clients.

Our team includes accomplished legal consultants and specialists, both local and international, with experience across a broad range of practice areas and industry sectors. That breadth allows us to advise on a matter from every angle it touches — corporate, contractual, regulatory and contentious — rather than in isolation.

The firm was founded by Hassan Abdulla Al Ali, who served in the Dubai Courts for 25 years. Alongside the Dubai office, the firm maintains offices in Omdurman, Sudan, and in Karachi, Pakistan.
